People often ask me to tell them what I have done to achieve the level of success I have in buying and selling real estate. I attribute it to many factors, not the least of which is to build a team of professional people around me who are experts in what they do. Greg Perry fills that place on my team as the expert real estate agent. I have looked to him to provide me with market information, to located potential properties, and to negotiate with sellers and buyers; and Greg is an excellent negotiator.

We purchased a property on Kirkland’s Finn Hill, and Greg was able to convince the selling agent to take my offer the first day the house went on the market. We purchased a house in Ballard, and Greg make sure that he positioned himself to present the offer so that we would have the best advantage for acceptance. In selling properties, he has negotiated the highest price possible for the market location.

A successful real estate investor cannot be good at everything. Having Greg on my team has given me the freedom to do what I do best, without having to be concerned about whether I will be well represented in the real estate market place. We have learned to listen to each other, which has strengthened our ability to work as a team. Greg has come to know my criteria for properties, and I have learned to respect his market knowledge and skills. Working relationships like this don’t just happen; they have to be developed.
